Micro-Housing
Create a sense of home within the ground floor common areas of a micro-housing development. With smaller units mean larger shared space. The goal was to create a space where residents can gather, chill, work or entertain.
Set in Uptown this micro-housing development needed an identity and a vibe for the residents.
Given a blank canvas for the communal space, we created a series of living room, lounge, community table workspace. The key to the success of the environment comes together in the accessories, a record player, games, coffee table books, artwork curated by local artists all make a place where you can curl up and read a book or hang with friends.
Layering in soft upholstery, custom wallpaper, lighting, and key details space is warm and inviting.
