Working with a strong foundation brand, architecture, and design, we developed a marketing strategy to paint the picture of the S*Park multifamily housing lifestyle and create awareness of the unique differentiators. We developed the marketing strategy, events, activations, programming, creative messaging, renderings, a revamped website, and social media, utilizing nontraditional marketing collateral such as seed packets disguised as matchbooks and custom drink coasters, each detail was carefully crafted to highlight a unique aspect of the project.
